HISTORY
Trading Agencies Co. (TACO) ) is a limited liability company established on January 22, 1996. Following 22 years of trading experience in the Middle East supplying electrical products. Trading Agencies Co., "TACO" owned by Eng. Khalid Al-Rajhi, and Eng. Saad Al-Salmi who is the General Manager of TACO.
M/s Trading Agencies Company (TACO) works in the field of importing the Electrical Accessories and Mechanical Equipment's for Saudi Market; we are agent for many companies from Europe and Asia since 1996.
Our main customer is Saudi Electricity Company "SEC" which is the sole company in the Generation; Transmission and Distribution of Power entire Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; also Aramco & Contractors of SEC.
We thank all our customers and SEC who have remained loyal to us through the years. These alliances form not only the cornerstone of our continued business but also demonstrate the continued faith in our history and our future while catering to the requirements of the electrical / Mechanical items in KSA.
OUR SERVICES FOR OUR PARTNERS
Assist in application for SEC Approval providing SEC Specifications of related products and in completing the relevant Questionnaires to comply
with SEC requirements
Submit the Manufacturer application file to SEC and follow-up the
process of Pre-Qualification file in all stages
Assist our partners in case of needed clearance with SEC Engineers
during evaluation of Pre-Qualification to secure getting of the Approval and
get listed on SEC vendor list
Secure first trial order and assist our partner to meet SEC expectations:
approval of samples, release of order for mas production etc…
Participation to SEC Tender and follow up technical analysis and
commercial evaluation
Provide Initial Bid Bond for Tender.
Provide Performance Bond 5% valid for 2 years from P.O. Date and
issue L/C.
Clear the goods from Customs and Pay the Customs Fees.
Segregation of the goods and distribute them to 33 warehouse in the
Kingdom(distance between warehouses is not less than 500 kilometers).
Follow-up the materials with SEC stores and solve any issue in
coordination with concerned partner
Provide visa and assist on preparing seminars and training for SEC
